The existing account on the device will be overwritten by the account that is being imported using Facebook.
As a reminder, to recover an account, it must have been linked to Facebook. If you did not link to Facebook before the account disappeared, please contact Customer Support and share as much of the information below as possible.

Step 1: Force Close the App
If you are unable to collect a Facebook or email freebie through the Jackpot Magic Slots app, try force closing the app (shutting the app down completely) before clicking on the freebie link.

If Step 1 does not resolve the issue, try copying and pasting the following link directly into Safari, Chrome, Firefox or the web browser app for your mobile device:

If the link to collect the freebie leads you to a blank page instead of to the Jackpot Magic Slots app, please try accessing the Options menu for the blank page by tapping the three horizontal dots to the right of the link and choose “Open in [Chrome/Safari/etc]” from the drop down menu that appears.
